Ordering
Q: How does the ordering process work?
A: Simple! Once you place your order, it’s sent directly to our production partner, who prints the design on your selected item. Every product is made to order no overstock, no waste. As soon as it’s ready, it gets shipped out to you.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
A: We start processing your order right away to ensure quick delivery. For this reason, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once it’s confirmed. If there’s an urgent issue, please contact us within the first 12 hours of placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: On average, most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days and delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on your location. Please check our Shipping Policy for full details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your region.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use that number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Products
Q: What does “Print on Demand” mean?
A: Print on Demand means we only create a product after you order it. This process helps us reduce waste, offer more unique designs, and focus on quality rather than mass production.
Q: Will my product look exactly like the picture?
A: Yes, we do our best to ensure the colors and design stay true to what’s displayed. However, slight variations can occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Payments & Pricing
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and more, depending on your region.
Q: Will I be charged customs or duties?
A: Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted items. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: How do I request a refund or replacement?
A: Send us an email at blaidesderon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and get back to you with a solution ASAP.
