Refund Policy

At Blaides Clothing, every item is made to order, crafted specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because of the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect selection. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re happy to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way:

Please contact us at blaidesderon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund; no return is necessary.

Note: Any claims for damaged or defective items submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a product with a major production error:

We’ll verify the issue and send you a corrected replacement at no extra cost.

What Is Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Wrong size ordered (please refer to size guides before purchasing)

Color or design preferences after receiving the item

Delayed delivery due to postal or courier delays beyond our control

Change of mind

Please make sure all product details and personal information are accurate before placing your order.

Cancellations

All products are made to order. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is initiated.
