At Blaides Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. All items are produced on a print-on-demand basis, meaning each product is made specifically after an order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference are generally not accepted. However, we review all requests on a case-by-case basis and encourage customers to contact us if they have concerns about their order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.
